Shipping & Returns
The price of shipping depends on what you buy, the number of packages, their weight, volume and shipping address.
However, delivery times may vary depending on the country and place of delivery.
Here is a list of the shipping services we offer:
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 working days
- Express delivery: 2-3 working days
- Click & Collect at our plant: 1-2 working days
- Express delivery: 2-3 working days
Estimated delivery times refer to orders placed before 11 a.m., Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this time may take an extra working day to arrive at their destination. The same applies to public holidays and delivery to outlying or remote locations.
Please note: this is a general indication, as delivery times vary from country to country.
Please note: Standard and Express couriers deliver to the kerbside.
The CUSTOMER undertakes to check the condition of the packaging delivered to them before signing and accepting the delivery.
Before signing the delivery receipt, the CUSTOMER undertakes to check:
- the number of parcels received
- that the packaging is unopened and intact, not damaged, not wet, not crushed, not punctured or in any way altered
In the event that any issues are found at the time of delivery, the CUSTOMER undertakes to:
- indicate the problem on the courier’s delivery note
- accept the package with reservations by writing “accepted with reservations for the following reason ………………. Date and legible Signature”
- take a picture of the issue
The CUSTOMER is aware that by accepting the parcel without expressing any reservations in writing, they shall not have any recourse against the courier.

Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to the applicable legislation, the consumer/CUSTOMER residing in the EU has the right to withdraw from the purchase of products purchased online without specifying a reason, within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. The Professional Customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal.
This right allows the user/CUSTOMER to personally verify the quality of the product purchased remotely, as in a physical shop. Therefore, opening the packaging box, removing the protective films, inspecting and touching the item and its accessories is permitted.
Goods return costs: The return shipment is at the customer’s expense and risk. We recommend that you take out shipping insurance with your chosen courier for the return of the goods.
Time frame for withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the contract and request a withdrawal, within 14 days of receipt of the product. The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day the customer or a third person other than the courier and designated by the customer acquires physical possession of the product.
Procedure to follow to WITHDRAW:
The consumer/CUSTOMER who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify Star Progetti by sending an explicit declaration by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by e-mail to the address email@example.com or by PEC [certified e-mail] firstname.lastname@example.org. The user/CUSTOMER must prove that they have correctly exercised their right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal request must contain the following information:
- Order details: name, date and number of the order placed, dates of receipt of the goods
- Your intention to withdraw from the contract
- Pictures of the product and its packaging
Our team will deal with your request and send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e-mail). They will contact you to agree on the shipping method for the product.
NB: Limitations and exclusions:
It is strictly forbidden, under penalty of reduction of the refund, to operate, use, soil, modify, disassemble or alter the item and accessories.
For hygienic reasons, all products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. The products must therefore be returned intact, unused and in the original packaging. If we find that the said products have been used or are missing the label, Star Progetti will not be able to process the return.
If the customer does not comply with these return instructions, Star Progetti reserves the right to refuse the return of the product.
Effects of withdrawal
Should the user/CLIENT exercise the right of withdrawal, they must return the product within 14 days from the day they informed Star Progetti of their intention to withdraw from the contract. The product must be returned to Star Progetti Tecnologie Applicate Spa, via Cassino d’Alberi 17, 20067 Tribiano.
The product must be returned intact and in working order, in its original packaging, complete with all its parts, accessories and manuals; everything must be placed in additional packaging suitable for the intended shipping method.
The Customer is responsible for selecting the method, and for the direct costs and risks involved in returning the products.
Star Progetti shall not be liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipment.
Star Progetti will process the refund, only after receiving and checking the product, within a maximum period of 14 days, using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER or by Bank Transfer (only for business customers with VAT number). The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods.
If the Product for which the withdrawal has been exercised is returned undamaged, a full refund will be given.
If the Product has suffered a reduction in value as a result of any handling of the Product other than that necessary to establish its nature and characteristics or damage, a partial refund may be given.
Star Progetti will notify the user/CUSTOMER of this circumstance and of the resulting reduced refund amount by e-mail within 7 working days of receipt of the Product.

You will be able to pay through your bank, simply select this method when making your purchase. Again, no commission is charged by Star Progetti. Remember to indicate in the reason for the transfer the order number that will be assigned at the time of purchase and that you will also receive by email.

Shipping times: orders by bank transfer will only be processed upon receipt of payment, therefore availability will be that at the time of the actual processing.
In order to ensure the accuracy of the shipment and compliance with what was confirmed at the time of purchase, payment must be made within 3 working days of confirmation.
Otherwise the order will be cancelled due to non-payment.
